Vintage kartka 'You're special' / Vintage 'You're special' card

Na fali mediowej zabawy na Live Lift Summer Crafts i w reakcji na różane wyzwanie na blogu Na Strychu, powstała taka oto mediowa vintage'owa kartka.

Kartka powstała z papieru kraftowego, papieru z kolekcji 'Special Moments' Studio 75, pasty strukturalnej 13arts, mgiełki Ayeeda Mist, stempla Primy, kwiatków Primy, naklejek 7 Dots Studio, tekturki Crafty Moly i oczywiście Distress Inks.

Still under the influence of the mixed media fun at the Live Lift Summer Crafts event and inspired by the rose challenge at Na Strychu, I created this vintage mixed media card.

I used craft cardstock, Studio 75's 'Special Moments' paper, 13arts modeling paste, brown Ayeeda Mist, a Prima stamp and Prima flowers, 7 Dots Studio stickers, a chipboard peice from Crafty Moly and, obviously, Distress Inks.

Jestem znów ostatnio w humorze na albumy i notesy, postanowiłam więc zrobić notes z tagami z jednego arkusza papieru 12x12 - 'Sleepless' z kolekcji Dreamer 7 Dots Studio.  Papier świetnie się do tego rodzaju albumu właśnie nadawał, jako że jedna strona, ta o wyrazistej kolorystyce, wylądowała na okładkach, zaś druga - o kolorystyce lżejszej - tworzy wnętrze notesu.

I'm in a mood for albums and notebooks again, so I decided to make a notebook with tags using one 12x12 paper sheet - 'Sleepless' from the Dreamer collection by 7 Dots Studio. This paper sheet was great for that because one side, the more vivid one, made great covers and the other side, softer, went inside the notebook.

Trzy odcienie zieleni zapewniły Distress Inks - Pine Needles świetnie zgrały się z kolorystyką papieru, potraktowałam więc tym kolorem wszystkie zewnętrzne krawędzie, a wewnątrz każdej strony użyłam maski 'plaster miodu' i trzech kolorów tuszy - Pine Needles, Crushed Olive i Shabby Shutters.

I used three different shades of green Distress Inks - Pine Needles worked great with this paper, so I used it to ink up all the outside edges, and on each page I used a honeycomb stencil with Pine Needles, Crushed Olive and Shabby Shutters.

Swoimi ulubionymi starymi stemplami  stworzyłam napis na okłądkę, potuszowałam też zielonościami kawałki tekturki pasującej do maski.

For the front cover, I used my favourite old alphabet stamps and pieces of cardboard elements coordinating with the stencil, inked up with the same three greens.

Tagi stworzyłam ze ścinków papierów z kolekcji Dreamer, dorzucając jeszcze 'Women's Talk' z Domestic Goddess.

I created the tags with leftover paper from the Dreamer collection and pieces of 'Women's Talk' from the Domestic Goddess collection.

This notebook is my entry for the '3 Shades of Green' challenge at 7 Dots Studio and the 'Not-a-card' challenge at Stempell&Kartoon.

 

Owoce maratonu scrapbookingowego

Wczorajszy maraton scrapbookingowy w Manufabricum zaobfitował trzema pracami, z których, biorąc pod uwagę ograniczenia czasowo-materiałowe jestem całkiem dumna. Wszystkie prace, które powstały podczas Twórczego Weekendu będzie można obejrzeć w najbliższy weekend podczas II Scrap Craft Eventu.

Yesterday's scrapbooking marathon at Manufabricum bore fruit in the form of three projects, which, considering the time and material constraints, I am quite proud of. All of the projects created at the Creative Weekend will be displayed this weekend at the Second Scrap Craft Event.
