Rdzawe pudełko / A rusty box

Na blogu SanDee&amelie's Steampunk Challenges rusza czerwcowe wyzwanie, na które serdecznie zapraszam tym niewielkim rdzawym pudełkiem. Kolory to wynik zabawy wodą i farbami DecoArt Media Fluid Acrylics w kolorach Raw Sienna i Quinacridone Gold - nakładnie farb i spryskiwanie ich wodą sprawiło, że pięknie się zmieszały. Po wyschnięciu całość pokryłam kremem postarzającym Antiquing Cream Raw Umber, który następnie po wyschnięciu z płaskich powierzchni zmazałam mokrą chusteczką - dzięki temu w nierównościach pozostały brązowawe cienie. I voila. :)

The June challenge begins at SanDee&amelie's Steampunk Challenges and I'd like to invite you to join in the fun with this small rusty box. The colours are the result of applying water with DecoArt Media Fluid Acrylics in Raw Sienna and Quinacridone Gold - applying the paints and then spraying with water made them blend beautifully. After those dried, I covered everything with Raw Umber Antiquing Cream, which I then removed from the flat surfaces with a wet wipe - thanks to this the brownish shadows remained in the less even spots, highlighting the textures. And voila. :)
